Re: [Wikimedia-l] Purpose of this list?

Dear Phoebe at WMF

1) It is certainly news to me that "Wikimedia" is a Wordmark /
Trademark of the Wikimedia foundation. Do you have any evidence of
this ?

2) Since Wikimedia is being used lawfully and without impersonation by
so many persons who are not part of Wikimedia foundation the question
of imposing your rules on my mailing list does not arise.

3) After we sent a private notice about child pornography on Wikimedia
Commons and other WMF websites to Lila Tretikov, somebody added my
email to many Wikimedia server mailing lists and I have been receiving
all your hordes of crazy emails which are carefully preserved. Clearly
this has been done by somebody with access to Lila Tretikov's emails.

4) Thus, I am using your unwanted emails to create my own mailing list
to communicate my thoughts on racism, sexism, child pornography etc.
to users of Wikimedia foundation. It is possible that say 50 out of
500 persons may not want to listen to me and they can easily
unsubscribe using Google Groups standard procedure included at footer
of each email.
